integrate varied perspectives and anticipate the future.
A disabled leader with 20 years of experience in global, intersectional disability inclusion, Dr. Adler was mentored by disability rights luminary Judy Heumann.
As the inaugural Director of Disability Inclusive Culture at NYU, Dr. Adler presented on disability inclusion to over 1,000 crossfunctional stakeholders across the university's global operations.
Dr. Adler's PhD was supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Dr. Adler conducts operational assessments, analyzes and designs policy, and collects and translates data for evidence-based interventions and assets.
